Demon Laughing is representative of a time when my friend and I were into Beck and carried around little palmcorders wherever we went. We would record anything and everything, and then share the results. I must have thought that this bit was important to put on this collection of music. It DID in-fact rate as the #1 "experimental" track on mp3.com for a little while when that site was first created.
