==Personal Thoughts==
This collection was put together in September 1999 which was my first month in Oberlin, Ohio, after returning from Athens. I was renting a single room in an ancient house on Pleasant Street, living with a couple of college students from the Conservatory, another townie and an old, chain-smoking Russian woman who lived downstairs. It wasn't the best of times, but it was a new beginning, something completely different in that it was the first period of my life after college and outside of the town I went to college in.
