Purpose
The goal of this site is to create a comprehensive database of every creative endeavor in which I've participated.
Why Create A Wiki
In my opinion, presenting this information in wiki-format doesn't seem as self-aggrandizing as it would in a typical web site. Originally, the information in this site was part of a private-only wiki, a project that would help me remember these things and be more efficient in using it in the future. However, once I got started, it was a bit depressing to put so much time and effort into something that nobody else would ever see, which motivated me to figure-out a way to make a portion of the information public. So, while this is the result of my irrepressible ego, the public is only exposed to it through it's own participation.
Why You May Not Edit Or Create Content
Like I wrote in the previous section, this is the publicly viewable portion of a project whose sole purpose is to benefit myself. The subjective nature of the content reflects this situation. If you begin browsing through the site, you will probably run into situations where you are directed over to this site's sister wiki, one which is not viewable by the public. This is simply the nature of the way things work in my world.
My Philosophy Towards Participants
While citing other people's participation and involvement in the projects covered in this wiki is unavoidable, unlike the articles referring to those projects, the pages concerning these participants will be factual and concise. It is not my intention to express my opinion, favorable or not, about other people in this site, and I will try my best to avoid it.
