Planetary Approval is a 21+ minute long experimental soundscape that I recorded in December 1996. It lacks any kind of form really and is essentially a bloated "Two Minute Track" because I simply recorded each track, one after the other, without putting any kind of thought into it. Some people tend to like it, but it's kind of a joke and proves that you're not an artist simply because you can put a bunch of random sounds down on tape. I remember recording it in the dark in my bedroom and achieved the length by using a 45-minute long cassette tape and turning-down the pitch knob as far as it would go to make the tape play as slowly as possible.
